The Science Behind the Speed
Formulated from laboratory-grade paraffin and infused with three specific sizes of nano-scale tungsten disulfide (WS₂), Secret Chain Blend doesn’t just lubricate — it transforms your chain.
As the wax penetrates and cools, WS₂ particles fill microscopic crevices in the metal, creating a friction-free, wear-resistant surface that actually gets faster over time with repeated applications.
Together, Secret Chain Blend (hot wax) and Secret Chain Lube (drip wax) form a matched system that keeps your drivetrain silent, efficient, and remarkably durable. Used together, they can extend chain and component life up to 10x.

How to Use
- Start with a completely clean, degreased chain.
- Melt the wax in a crockpot or slow cooker (low heat setting).
- Submerge the chain, ensuring full coverage, and agitate gently.
- Remove the chain, allow excess wax to drip off, and hang to cool.
- Break the wax bonds before riding by flexing the chain side to side.
- Between waxings, use SILCA Secret Chain Lube to refresh the coating.
